-Doors open at 20:30, the event starts at 21:30.
-The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and over.
-As food and beverages are sold within Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food and drinks into the venue is prohibited.
-Bringing cameras and professional photography equipment into the venue is not allowed.
-Guests who wish to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are kindly advised to make a reservation by calling +90 212 912 37 76 to avoid any inconvenience regarding table availability.
-You can receive service without a reservation at Focamia, Ppang, Rancero, and The Grungy located in the Bites & Beats area.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Those who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the venue without warning, and no ticket refunds will be issued.
-Everyone entering the event area is required to have a ticket, regardless of age.
-Items not left at the cloakroom are the responsibility of their owner.
-Entry to the event hall with suitcases or large backpacks is not permitted.
-Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to discounted ticket conditions.
-Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and schedule.
-Student tickets are limited in number and are only valid with a student ID. The student ID must be presented to staff on the day of the event.
-Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
-Due to possible congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to arrive at least one hour early to avoid delays at the parking or valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
-During the event, lighting effects and visuals that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy will be used.
-Event wristbands must be worn at all times. Please do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event, and do not lose your ticket.
-A ticket, together with the wristband provided at entry, grants the holder access to the event area during the hours specified by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband for any reason, will result in loss of entry rights. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets or wristbands.
-During the event, please keep your phones away from stage lights and laser effects.
-Zorlu PSM reserves the right to request ID / Driver’s License / Passport checks from ticket holders entering the event area.
-Any documents, screenshots, or digital displays other than a valid ID / Driver’s License / Passport will not be accepted.
