The event organizers and venue officials reserve the right to refuse entry to any person they deem inappropriate for the event or backstage area.

Special attention is given to gender balance, behavior, tone, attire, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied due to such reasons, and this decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The decision at the door is final and binding under all circumstances.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

By attending the event, participants grant the organizer the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional materials. Participation in the event implies acceptance of this condition.
