- Boat Party Rules and Regulations
- 1. Entry Requirements:
- • All guests must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID is required for entry.
- • Tickets must be purchased in advance and presented at the entrance for scanning.
- • No refunds or exchanges on tickets.
- 2. Boarding and Departure:
- • Boarding will begin at 4:30 PM. Please arrive on time as the boat will depart promptly at 5:00 PM.
- • Late arrivals will not be allowed to board and will not be refunded.
- 3. Conduct:
- • Respectful behavior towards other guests and staff is mandatory. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
- • Illegal substances, weapons, and any form of contraband are strictly prohibited.
- • The use of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.
- 4. Alcohol and Smoking:
- • A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on board.
- • Only drinks purchased on the boat are allowed; no outside beverages are permitted.
- • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the boat. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
- 5. Safety:
- • Follow all instructions from the boat crew and event staff regarding safety procedures.
- • In case of emergency, life jackets and safety equipment are available and easily accessible.
- • Do not lean over railings or engage in any unsafe activities.
- 6. Personal Belongings:
- • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
- • It is advisable to travel light and avoid bringing valuable items.
- 7. Music and Entertainment:
- • Live music and DJ performances will be provided throughout the event.
- • Guests are encouraged to enjoy the entertainment but must refrain from interfering with the performers or equipment.
- 8. Dress Code:
- • Casual and comfortable attire is recommended. Footwear is required at all times.
- 9. End of Event:
- • The boat will return to the dock by 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have all your belongings with you when disembarking.
- 10. Liability:
- • By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, the boat crew, and all affiliated parties from any claims arising from participation in the event.
