- Participants under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the event.

- It is strictly prohibited to bring food, beverages, or any sharp, piercing, or flammable objects into the event area.

- Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

- All participants are required to keep their tickets with them throughout the event.

- Effekt reserves the right to deny entry to individuals or groups that lack a gender balance, or those deemed inappropriate or potentially disturbing to other guests, at its sole discretion. In such cases, the ticket fee will be refunded.

- All attendees are deemed to have accepted any and all security measures, including personal and bag searches conducted by the security team. Individuals who refuse to comply with these measures will have their entry rights revoked and will not be eligible for ticket refunds. All participants must carry valid identification.

- Sound systems within the event area may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

- Lighting systems within the event area may cause temporary visual discomfort.

- Participants who leave the event area will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.

- Bringing or using professional video or photography equipment without written permission is strictly prohibited.

- Effekt conducts general video recording and live broadcasting within the venue for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that general footage may be recorded and that they may appear in such recordings, whether individually or as part of the audience. Participants consent to the recording of their images in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, and grant the organizer full rights to use such footage freely without the need for further permission.

- The use of flash photography during the event is prohibited.

- The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
