Beneath the heart of Istanbul lies a hidden world — ancient stone, echoing chambers, and a silence that has carried the weight of centuries. On this night, the timeless soul of the Sarnıç will awaken once more.
On January 31, Emmanuel Jal will bring the raw power of Afro rhythms and the healing force of his voice to these centuries-old walls. His story, his energy, and his unmistakable spirit will weave themselves into the very stones of this historic sanctuary.
Joining him are Orkun Bozdemir and Soul Grinders, carrying the pulse of Istanbul’s contemporary electronic scene. Their sound will rise through the arches, merging today’s beat with the ancient breath of the underground.
A night where rhythm becomes memory…
Where the past and present move as one…
And where music is reborn in the depths of history.
