London-based duo Kit Sebastian, who blend past and present through a psychedelic pop filter, will take the stage at Club Müjgan on October 1st!
Composed of K. Martin and Merve Erdem, Kit Sebastian is a unique duo based in the UK, known for their multilingual psychedelic pop songs. What unites them is their curiosity for the magical secrets of the world and their passion for weaving that mystery into their own lives.
Their emotionally rich third album, New Internationale, was written across the globe—from Czechia to France, Turkey to Italy—during an extensive tour. Released in late 2024 under Brainfeeder, the label founded by Flying Lotus, the album offers a vast sonic landscape that stretches from Azerbaijani jazz and Tropicália to French pop and Anatolian rock.
Themes ranging from migration experiences to love stories come to life through Merve’s enchanting vocals and Kit Sebastian’s cinematic aesthetic. Always in search of something deeper, this prolific duo redefines the boundaries of music with New Internationale.
