This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over.
Bringing food, beverages, sharp objects, piercing/cutting tools, or flammable substances into the venue is prohibited.
By attending the event, guests acknowledge and accept that photography and video recording will take place throughout the venue. By participating, you consent to the possible use of your image in photos and videos published on the social media channels of Lone Collective, Es Cubells, or Playa Tropical.
The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to the event or backstage area to any guest deemed unsuitable.
Admission is subject to the venue's door policy. Particular attention is given to maintaining a balanced male-to-female guest ratio, as well as guests' attitude, style, and overall suitability. Entry may be denied for these or similar reasons. All decisions made by the door staff are final and binding.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, competitions, giveaways, promotions, or any other commercial or non-commercial purpose beyond personal use without prior written authorization. Tickets used in violation of this policy may be cancelled and may result in legal action.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, artist lineup, and ticket prices. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
The event operates under a zero-tolerance policy regarding prohibited substances. By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree not to possess any prohibited substances within the event venue. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be denied entry or removed from the venue and immediately handed over to the local authorities.
