Event and venue officials have the right to deny entry to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event and backstage areas.
Bringing and recording with professional video recording devices within the event area is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Special attention is given to the balance between male and female participants, demeanor, style, attire, and overall appropriateness. Entry may not be granted for reasons such as these.
Event participants acknowledge that photography and video recording will take place within the event area.
Care should be taken not to disturb other guests and the performing artists on stage when recording with non-professional devices.
Bringing food, beverages, sharp, piercing, or flammable objects into the event area is strictly prohibited.
Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable.
Entry may not be granted for reasons such as these. The decision in this regard is entirely at the discretion of the door attendants and is valid under all circumstances.
The organizer has the right to use photos and videos of event participants in promotional materials.
Attendees must protect their eyes during the laser show. Direct exposure to laser beams can cause permanent eye damage. The organizer and venue cannot be held responsible for any visual disturbances, physical discomfort, or health issues that may arise during the laser show.
