Participants agree to the possibility of photos and videos being taken within the event area.

It is expected that participants avoid using non-professional devices to record or disturb other guests and performers, and to respect privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

Organizers and venue officials reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable for the event or backstage area.

Special attention is given to gender balance, demeanor, style, attire, and general suitability. Entry may be denied for reasons related to these matters. The decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff and is final.

Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.

The right to use photos and videos taken at the event for promotional materials belongs to the organizer, and participants accept this usage by attending the event.
