The right to use the photos and videos of the people participating in the event in promotional materials belongs to the Off the Record Team and the participant accepts this right by participating to the event.Off The Record is not responsible for any other reason, directly or indirectly, any defect that not occur or not observed before which provide negative consequences. For these reasons, Off the Record is not held responsible for its inability to express its obligations or for failures in the performance of its obligations, and Off the Record cannot be held responsible financially and morally.
