Rules

The doors open and music starts at 19:00.

Participants under the age of 18 are not accepted.

It is prohibited to bring food, beverages, or sharp, piercing, or flammable objects into the event area.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled.

All participants must keep their tickets with them during the event.

Effekt reserves the right to refuse entry to groups with an unbalanced gender ratio at the entrance or to individuals deemed inappropriate by the organizers who may disturb or pose a risk to other guests, with the condition of refunding the ticket price.

By attending the event, all participants accept all security measures, including bag and body checks as determined by the security team. Individuals who refuse to comply with these measures will have their access to the event canceled, and no ticket refunds will be provided. All participants must carry identification with them.

The sound system in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.

The lighting system in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.

Participants who leave the event area must purchase a new ticket for re-entry.

It is prohibited to bring professional recording equipment or take footage without written permission.

Effekt conducts general image recording and live broadcast activities for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes at the venue. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that general image recordings are being made and, whether they are visible to the general audience or not, their images may be recorded. Participants give their consent to the recording of their images in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Copyright Law No. 5846. They also accept that the event organizers have the right to use these recordings freely without the need for additional permission.

Flash photography is prohibited at the event.

The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
