Participants agree that photography and video recording will take place within the event area.
Professional recording devices are prohibited unless written permission is granted.
It is expected that no recordings are made with non-professional devices that disturb other guests or performers and invade privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
Organizers and venue staff reserve the right to deny access to individuals they deem inappropriate for the event and backstage areas.
Special attention is given to the balance of male and female attendees, demeanor, style, dress, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be refused for these or similar reasons. The decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The decision of the door staff is final and applicable in all circumstances.
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted on purchased tickets.
