Intro
Electronica duo Men With A Plan was founded by Can Çakmakçı and İlker Çiftçi in 2006; their first album “Batteries Not Included” released from Remoov Records in 2011, was a thrilling blend of german-canada techno dubs and refined melodramatic synth-rock melodies. MWAP’s EP “Singles & Remixes” dated May 2012 was solid proof that the unique, dark sounds of the first album was not a coincidence. Their latest release in March 2015 was “This Is What You Want, This Is What You Get” from Partapart Records which blended acidic textures with Balearic rhythms while bringing together the percussion based club techno and past days epic melodies.The İstanbul based two man outfit has performed both live and with their DJ set in the prominent venues of İstanbul, Ankara, Eskişehir; major music festivals and Berlin on top of their successful remixes.Rules
