Rules

- The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and over.
- Since food and beverages are sold within Zorlu PSM's venues, bringing outside food and drinks into the event area is prohibited.
- Bringing cameras and photo equipment into the event venue is not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Those who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the event area without warning, and no ticket refunds will be issued.
- Everyone entering the event area must have a ticket, regardless of age.
- The responsibility for items not left at the cloakroom lies with the owner.
- Large suitcases and backpacks are not allowed inside the event hall.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event area and time.
- Student tickets are subject to availability and are valid only with a student ID. The student ID must be shown to the staff on the day of the event.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
- The event may include light effects and visuals that could be unsuitable for people with epilepsy.
- Event wristbands must always be worn on the wrist. Do not remove your wristband at any time during the event. Please do not lose your ticket.
- A ticket grants access to the event area during the hours specified by the organizer, along with the wristband provided at ticket issuance. Loss of ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband, results in loss of entry rights. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets or wristbands.
- To avoid delays due to expected crowding at Zorlu Center, guests arriving by car are recommended to enter the area at least 1 hour before the event start time. We appreciate your understanding.
- During the event, please keep your phones away from the lights and lasers used in the show.
- Participants have the right to exit the event area once before 23:00. Guests leaving the event area after 23:00 will not be allowed to re-enter the venue on the same day.
