Grown up in and influenced by the flourishing mid-90s HipHop- and Soulful House-scene of his hometown Basel / Switzerland it became pretty clear to the young Cedric Eichenberger, now better known as DJ Le Roi to all fans of pumping productions and rocking club sets, that being on stage and in the studio was his main goal to aim for. And he succeeded.
Whilst completing a commercial education as a back up plan for real life DJ Le Roi started to DJ back in 2000, building up a great reputation amongst punters and bookers alike due to his masterly crafted sets and on-point selection which soon led to frequent bookings all over the country – and a residency at the famous Nordstern Club Basel. This residency, alongside a massive amount of work and an endless number of gigs played, helped to stress DJ Le Roi’s position as one of the most famous and most popular DJ’s on the House music circuit of his home country who’s regularly playing out on the international circuit since 2010.
