Petra is a digital and vinyl label that has been released many local and foreign artists’ EPs, is coming to [mecra] for a special label showcase night.Hemi who is released his the first record Chimes on Petra in past months, Sevil Soylu, had opportunities to play significant capitals such as Amsterdam based Red Light Radio, Berlin and Paris, and the founder of the label Eren Erdol with his selections of house music scale will be in [mecra] cabin.
Eren Erdol
Eren Erdol is an Istanbul based producer. He is acquainted with music at age of eight via piano. His professional music career began after he started playing drum. He has played with numerous musicians at various places and gigs in Turkey as a drummer.
He has played in various capital cities like Istanbul, Amsterdam, Paris as a DJ , thence he had the opportunity to meet up and share his song with miscellaneous musicians.
He improves his natural musical gifts with the positive reactions of his audience. In order to meet the expectations of the audience, he decided to cooperate with prominent sound engineers and musicians to diversify the tracks.
He has established his own imprint to improve electronic music scene in Istanbul and released his EPs with remixes from Teenage Mutants and Joeski!
HEMİ
Hailing from Istanbul, Hemi is known for his former projects Paradisko and Pineapple Pop. His productions are the perfect blend of house and disco with a touch of lo-fi focusing solely on groove. His first EP "Gentle" was released on NDYD with remixes by Kyodai and Phonk D. Kyodai's remix climbed the Traxsource's lists up to #3. "JNT", Hemi's second EP was released by his favorite imprint Discotexas in 2017. "JNT" was remixed by Jad & The. Hemi's latest work will be published this April by Turkish label Petra Digital / Vinyl with remixes by Mijo and Kiwi.
Sevil Soylu
Sevil started to Djing in Aegean coast heaven Izmir where is her home town. Success of her DJ skills brought her to Istanbul and she kept growing up in her career with one of Istanbul’s biggest radio platform called Fg Radio 93.7 where she is still playing since 4 years. Also, she is a part of Istanbul & Barcelona based imprint called Petra Digital/Vinyl Recordings which has releases with some massive names such as John Tejada, Swayzak, Joeski etc. Sevil goes with the waves of her sounds from house music to techno then electronica - indie dance, disco, kraut, new wave until the her higher acid level of music and will start to release her first grooves soon!
