The ballet gala "DENIS RODKIN AND FRIENDS" is a premiere of the Bolshoi Theatre. This unique event first took place in 2020. The inaugural concert was held in Greece on the stage of the ancient theater "Herodium" (Athens) and gathered 5,000 spectators! In 2023, the ballet gala was held with great success on the stages of the Dubai Opera, the Kremlin Palace (6,000 spectators), and other major concert venues, always sold out and met with endless applause.The Bolshoi Theatre is the principal cultural heritage of Russia and a symbol of world ballet art. It is here that the best dancers are born and the greatest performances are staged, winning the hearts of millions of spectators worldwide.
"DENIS RODKIN AND FRIENDS" is a true celebration for admirers of ballet art, combining great classics with new productions by contemporary choreographers. A team of recognized stage masters, led by one of the best dancers of our time — Denis Rodkin, represents the Bolshoi Theatre, Russia's principal cultural heritage.

6. Denis Rodkin, born in Moscow, is a leading figure in the ballet world, celebrated for his classical and contemporary performances. From his early roles at the Bolshoi Theatre, including the Blue Bird and Prince Désiré in "The Sleeping Beauty," Rodkin showcased his talent, transitioning from romantic heroes to complex roles like Spartacus.
In 2016, he won the prestigious "Benois de la Danse" award and was named Dancer of the Year by Danza & Danza in 2017. As a Premier of the Bolshoi Theatre, Rodkin starred in acclaimed performances such as "The Nutcracker" and "Swan Lake," broadcast worldwide.
Since 2020, Rodkin has expanded into concert performances, with his gala "Denis Rodkin and Friends" debuting in Athens, drawing 5,000 spectators. Renowned for his exceptional talent, discipline, and ongoing creative achievements, Denis Rodkin remains a dazzling star of the ballet world.
