- Event participants agree that photos and videos will be taken at the event.

- Participants are expected to refrain from filming with non-professional devices in a way that disturbs other guests or performers, or violates their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- Organizers and venue authorities have the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event or backstage area.
- Special attention is given to the balance of male and female attendees, as well as to appropriate behavior, attitude, attire, and general suitability. For these or similar reasons, entry may be denied. The decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The door staff's decision is final and applies in all circumstances.
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed for purchased tickets.
- The right to use photos and videos taken of participants at the event for promotional materials belongs to the organizer, and by attending the event, participants consent to this usage.
