Special Request, house ve tekno uyruklu Paul Woolford’un yeni projesi. İngiltere'deki korsan radyo istasyonlarının haksız sözleşmelerinden ilham alan yeni proje, sanatçıyı yıllar boyunca ölçülemeyen bir etkisi olan yasadışı hava dalgalarının ham enerjisini ve çeşitliliğini ele alıyor. Leeds merkezli üretici genellikle tekno esaslı malzemesiyle bilinmekle beraber Detroit menşeili Carl Craig’in Planet E etiketiyle ve son zamanlarda Scuba’nın Hotflush markasıyla adı anıldı. Special Request sesten çok daha sert bir nosyon için kanal görevi görerek, hardcore ve orman harikası enerjisini modern üretim teknikleri ve ciddi bir estetik ile birleştiriyor. Prodüktörün kendisinin belirttiği gibi, Special Request Paul Woolford’un “kabadayı küçük kardeşi”dir.
Anastasia Kristensen
Moskova’da doğup, Danimarka’da büyüyen enerji parıltısı Anastasia Kristensen, kendini aynı coşkuyu, aynı değerleri paylaşan ve aynı müziğe tutkun insanlara çalarken bulduğunu söylüyor. Zamanının büyüyen, şimdinin parıldayan yıldızı Anastasia DJ kabini kasıp kavururken dinleyicilerinin dans etmemesi kaçınılmaz oluyor. Davetkar tınıları ve yüksek enerjili, synth’li riff’leriyle doyumu olmayan bir techno kara deliğine sürüklüyor.
