MODULE will be surrounded by dark techno and EBM sounds on the 1st of March. At the first night of VOLT Kollektiv’s main artists are Nur Jaber, Newa, Parallx and Eostra who grabbed the attentions from techno communities and will show their first performances on the set. Local names Restless, Fake Prophet and D23 will perform on the same night.After her DJ performances since back 2010, Nur Jaber from Beirut stepped on to the techno world with There He Goes EP at 2017. Her sets at Berghain and Soenda Festival had left a huge impression. She took her place by her EP, If Only and the great remix from Dax J. Her background dates back to her childhood, when she played drums and bass guitar and the culture blends her music taste to dark rhytmes where she accelerates the dancing tempo.
Georgian DJ, Newa who released the EP “Dance of the Warrior” from Klockworks and showed up as one of the best tracks in Klockworks Top 20 list. She mixes techno with her past experiences in jazz and with her emotions where she never hesitates to bring strong tunes to techno lovers.
The other name of the night is Parallx who strenghtens his reputation in EBM. Under strong music culture impact of West Germany and with the support of Kobosil, he gives wide coverage to darkwave, synth-pop and electro tunes. Red Clouds have chosen as the 9th best techno track of 2018 by Hate Collective. He will be ready for his first performance on the first of March at MODULE.
On the other floor, BLOK. Eostra will take place first, who is the member of Stackenschneider and Root United. She is passionate about Britain’s dubstep and garage sounds and her techno performances are influentially mixed by disco, house and electro tunes.
