Ben Klock, with his minimalist techno approach and hypnotic sets, draws the audience into the depths of music. -The doors for the event will open at 22:00.-There is an age limit of 18 for the event. Guests under 18 will not be admitted to the event area.
-Ticket holders without an ID card/Driver's License/Passport will not be admitted to the event area.
-Outside food and beverages will not be allowed into the event area.
-The seating arrangement may change according to the regulations and official advisories of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
-Attendees must be ready at the event entrance with their tickets at least 1 hour before the event start time.
-It is prohibited to bring cameras and photo cameras into the event venue.
-Smoking in the closed areas of Volkswagen Arena is strictly forbidden. Those who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the event area without warning, and their tickets will not be refunded.
-Everyone entering the event area, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
-Frequent use of fog effects will occur during the event.
-The event may use light effects and visuals that are not suitable for people with epilepsy.
-Responsibility for items not left at the cloakroom lies with the owner.
-Entry into the event hall with suitcases and large backpacks is not allowed.
-Volkswagen Arena or the organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
-Volkswagen Arena or the organizer reserves the right to change the event area and time.
-Volkswagen Arena or the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to people deemed unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
-Event wristbands must always be worn on the wrist. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event. Do not lose your ticket.
-A ticket, along with a wristband attached at the ticket counter, grants the holder the right to enter the event area during the hours specified by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist, results in the loss of entry rights.Volkswagen Arena or the organizer is not responsible for the loss of tickets and/or wristbands.
-No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges can be made on purchased tickets.
