Rules

There is an age limit of 18 at the Event.
Participants under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the venue.
Ticket holders without their ID/Driver's License/Passport will not be admitted to the event area.
Ticket holders must be present at the event entrance with their ticket at least 1 hour before the event start time.
Everyone entering the event area is subject to the ticket, regardless of age.
Contact the Organizer for access for disabled participants to the event area.
Sound systems at the event venue may cause temporary hearing problems.
Lighting arrangements at the event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.
Fog effects will be frequently used during the event.
Light effects and visuals during the event may not be suitable for epilepsy patients.
All participants must have their tickets with them throughout the event.
Participants who exit the venue will need to purchase new tickets to re-enter.
Event tickets must be purchased only from the official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right not to admit holders of tickets not purchased from official sales points to the event area.
The organizer reserves the right not to admit individuals they deem inappropriate to the event area, provided that the event ticket fee is refunded.
Food and drinks are not allowed into the event area.
Pets are not allowed into the event area.
Medication is not allowed into the event area.
Participants must not separate from their personal belongings inside the event area. The responsibility for all personal belongings lies with the Participant.
The responsibility for belongings not left in the cloakroom lies with the owner.
Suitcases and backpacks are not allowed into the event venue.
It is forbidden to enter the event area with any kind of flammable, explosive (deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), incendiary, cutting, and piercing tools, as well as laser pointers.
Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional sound and image equipment (video cameras and cameras, etc.), Selfie Sticks, and GoPro poles, etc., will not be allowed into the event.
The right to use the photographs and videos of the participants in promotional materials belongs to the venue and the organizer, and the Participant agrees to the use of these materials by attending the event.
Volkswagen Arena or the organizer reserves the right to make changes to the conditions of discounted ticket purchases.
Volkswagen Arena or the organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and time.
Volkswagen Arena or the organizer reserves the right not to admit individuals they deem unsuitable for the event venue, by refunding the ticket fee.
Event bracelets must always be worn on the wrist. Do not remove the bracelet under any circumstances during the event. Do not lose your ticket.
A ticket, along with the bracelet to be worn at the time of ticket issuance, grants the holder access to the event area during hours determined by the organizer. Losing the ticket and/or bracelet or removing the bracelet from the wrist in any way will result in the loss of entry rights. Volkswagen Arena or the organizer is not responsible for lost tickets and/or bracelets.
Tickets purchased cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.
