For the past seven years, Picnic & Gathering has brought together music cultures inspired by sounds from around the world, curated communities, and unique experiences. Now, it’s taking the rhythm even higher. Afterglow emerges as a new-generation festival experience centered around sunset, set at one of Istanbul’s most spectacular rooftop locations. Rising above the city, this special gathering brings music, views, and people together in one place, offering a more intimate and exclusive atmosphere with its limited capacity. On August 15, Istanbul’s iconic skyline, the breathtaking views of the Bosphorus, and the mesmerizing colors of sunset come together at Afterglow. At this first-ever sunset festival, as the sky shifts from gold to purple, the energy of the music will begin to rise above the city. Taking place at The Roof at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul, overlooking the Bosphorus, the event will welcome Grammy Award-winning electronic music duo Bob Moses for a special Club Set performance. Beiz, Nisa and Konuralp will join them, setting the rhythm for the night. As the final rays of daylight fade into the horizon, Istanbul’s panoramic views will merge with the rhythm of the music, and sunset will become the night’s opening call. With its limited capacity, this special experience invites you to feel closer to the music and the moment without getting lost in the crowd — to dance, discover, and become part of a journey that flows from sunset into the night, against one of the city’s most breathtaking backdrops. ⁃ This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over.

⁃ Everyone entering the event venue is required to have a valid ticket, regardless of age. The organizer is not responsible for lost tickets.

⁃ Ticket holders who are unable to present a valid ID, driver’s license, or passport will not be admitted to the event venue.

⁃ The use and possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Anyone found using or possessing illegal substances will be removed from the event venue and blacklisted.

⁃ All guests and their bags will be subject to security checks upon entry to the event venue.

⁃ As food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event venue, bringing outside food or beverages into the venue is not permitted.

⁃ Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases, pepper spray, and any sharp objects and/or items that may cause injury are strictly prohibited inside the event venue.

⁃ Professional audio and visual recording equipment, including video cameras and professional cameras, as well as selfie sticks, are not permitted inside the event venue.

⁃ A ticket, together with the wristband provided upon ticket validation, grants the ticket holder access to the event venue during the hours specified by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist for any reason, will result in the loss of admission rights. The organizer is not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.

⁃ The event will feature high sound levels.

⁃ The event will include visual effects that may affect guests with photosensitive epilepsy.

⁃ 1st Phase (Entry Before 17:00) ticket holders must enter the event venue no later than 17:00. Entry will not be permitted after this time. 1st Phase (General Admission) and 1st Phase Backstage (General Admission) ticket holders may enter the event venue at any time during the event.

⁃ Tickets are non-refundable at the event venue.

⁃ The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to discounted and/or promotional ticket purchases.

⁃ The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, schedule, and event times.

⁃ Event security personnel and the organizer reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual they consider unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.

⁃ The organizer reserves the right to use video footage of event attendees on online publishing and digital platforms. By attending the event, attendees consent to such use.

⁃ This is a standing event.
