To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, compliance with all event rules and conditions is mandatory. By purchasing a ticket, participants are deemed to have accepted all rules and terms.
Entry to the event is not permitted for unaccompanied male guests.
A dress code is mandatory for the Main Stage event taking place on the evening of 22 August 2026.
Male guests are required to wear Elegant Casual attire.
Female guests are required to wear a black or white dress.
Participants attending the Global Sunrise Show balloon flight will not be permitted to fly if they are under the influence of alcohol or deemed to be intoxicated, in accordance with the regulations of the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Breathalyzer tests may be conducted prior to the flight. Participants found to have consumed alcohol, those who fail to comply with safety instructions, or those considered by the pilot or operations team to pose a risk to flight safety will not be allowed to board the balloon. In such cases, no refund will be issued. As alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before balloon flights, participants are strongly advised not to consume alcohol prior to the morning flight on 22 August.
Event tickets are available in limited quantities and are sold according to a phased pricing model. Ticket prices may increase depending on availability.
Please keep your event ticket and the wristband provided upon entry for the duration of the event.
Tickets must be purchased only through the official sales channels designated by the event organizer. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove holders of tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.
Participants who have entered the venue may re-enter using the wristband provided at the entrance. Lost, removed, or damaged wristbands will invalidate the right of re-entry.
The event is strictly 18+. Participants are required to carry a valid government-issued physical ID throughout the event.
Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, competitions, giveaways, promotions, or any commercial or non-commercial purposes without the written permission of the organizer. Tickets used for such purposes will be cancelled, and legal action may be taken.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue.
Opened tobacco products and opened cigarette packages are not permitted inside the venue.
Prescription medication is permitted only upon presentation of a valid prescription at the entrance. Non-prescription medication is not allowed.
Selfie sticks and GoPro extension poles are not permitted inside the venue.
Professional audio and video recording equipment, including professional cameras and video cameras, is prohibited.
Unauthorized professional photography, filming, or audio recording during the event is strictly prohibited.
Professional photography and videography will take place throughout the event. By entering the venue, participants consent to the use of any images or recordings featuring them for the organizer's promotional and marketing purposes.
Artist management reserves the right to temporarily confiscate visual and audio recording devices if deemed necessary during the event.
All bags and personal belongings will be subject to security checks upon entry. Participants must comply with all instructions given by security personnel.
Flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects, as well as thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers, are prohibited inside the venue.
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Pets are not permitted inside the event venue.
Sound and lighting systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing or visual discomfort.
Participants should be aware of and exercise caution around stage effects used during the event, including fog, flames, CO₂, lasers, and similar production elements.
