* Unless written permission has been obtained, bringing **professional recording equipment** into the venue and making professional recordings is prohibited.
* Guests using non-professional devices are expected to avoid taking photos or videos that may disturb other guests or performing artists or violate their privacy. **Flash photography is strictly prohibited.**
* Admission is subject to the discretion of the security staff. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable. **Ticket fees will be refunded to individuals who are denied entry.**
* The organizers reserve the right to remove any admitted individual from the event venue **without a refund** if they engage in disruptive behavior or pose a threat to the event.
* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to **ticket prices**.
* **ID checks will be carried out at the entrance; therefore, all guests are required to bring a valid ID.**
* By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being **photographed and/or recorded, both visually and audibly, as members of the audience**, and grant the organizers the right to use such recordings across any media or platform.
* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the **event program, venue, and date**.
* Sound systems used at the event may cause **temporary hearing problems**.
* Lighting systems used at the event may cause **temporary visual discomfort**.
* The event will take place **outdoors**. Even in the event of possible rain or other weather conditions, the event will proceed as scheduled. Guests are advised to take the necessary precautions and bring appropriate items such as **raincoats, umbrellas, etc.**
* The organizer cannot be held responsible for any individual inconvenience or adverse circumstances caused by weather conditions.
* By attending the event, each participant is deemed to have **read, understood, and accepted all provisions set out in the event rules** and agrees to comply with all rules established by the organization. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.
* **Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the event venue.**
