Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event area without refund if their behavior disrupts the event or poses a threat to the safety and comfort of others.

This is an outdoor event. The event will proceed as scheduled even in the event of rain or other weather conditions. Attendees are advised to come prepared with appropriate items such as raincoats or umbrellas.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any personal inconvenience or issues arising due to weather conditions.

Re-entry is not permitted once an attendee has exited the event area.
• VIP Bistro has a maximum capacity of 4 guests, while VIP Box has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Guests exceeding the specified capacity will not be admitted.
• The purchased category is valid for the stated total capacity. Attendance by fewer guests does not entitle the ticket holder to a price adjustment or refund.
• The VIP Bistro package includes 2 premium bottles, while the VIP Box package includes 4 premium bottles.
• Soft drinks and a selection of refreshments are included in the packages. Products offered may vary depending on availability and event operations.
• Any additional orders outside the package inclusions will be charged separately.
• Access to the VIP Bistro and VIP Box areas is restricted to guests holding admission under the relevant ticket category.
• The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to VIP Bistro and VIP Box arrangements due to operational or security requirements.
• “Entry Before 19:00” ticket holders must enter the event venue before 19:00. If entry is not completed by 19:00, the ticket will become invalid and no refund will be issued.
