• This event is open to participants 18 years of age and older.
• Boarding begins at 11:00 AM. The boat will depart promptly at 12:00 PM. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals.
• Bringing outside food, beverages, sharp objects, flammable materials, or any hazardous items into the event is strictly prohibited.
• Photo and video recording will take place throughout the event. By attending, participants consent to the use of their images and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes by the organizer.
• Professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted without prior written authorization.
• Mobile phone photography is allowed; however, guests are expected to respect the privacy of others and avoid disturbing performers or fellow attendees. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• The organizer and security staff reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any person whose behavior may disrupt the event or compromise the safety and comfort of others.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, except where required by applicable law.
Sea & Safety Rules
• Guests are strongly advised to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel, and any personal essentials.
• During the swimming stop, all participants must follow the instructions of the event staff.
• Guests who cannot swim are strongly advised not to enter the water.
• Jumping from unauthorized areas, accessing restricted parts of the boat, or engaging in any behavior that may endanger yourself or others is strictly prohibited.
• The route, swimming stop, and event schedule may be adjusted due to weather or sea conditions if deemed necessary by the organizer.
• By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they are physically fit to take part in sea-related activities.
• All guests are expected to comply with safety instructions provided by the event staff throughout the event.
