• The event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to ticket prices.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue.
• Professional audio and visual recording equipment (including video cameras and professional cameras) is prohibited inside the event venue.
• Full recording of the concert is strictly prohibited. Attendees acknowledge that audio-visual recording devices may be confiscated if deemed necessary by the artist management.
• Please keep your ticket and/or wristband throughout the concert.
• All attendees must carry a valid ID and present it upon request.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings within the event venue.
• Flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp or piercing objects (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.) and laser pointers are strictly prohibited inside the event venue.
• Security personnel will conduct security checks on all attendees entering the event venue.
• The sound systems used at the event may cause temporary hearing problems.
• For security reasons, opened cigarette and tobacco packages, as well as non-prescription medication, will not be permitted inside the concert venue and will be collected at the entrance.
• The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program and line-up due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. Attendees may not request a ticket refund following such changes.
• The lighting systems used at the event may cause temporary eye discomfort.
• Concert tickets must only be purchased from official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove holders of tickets purchased from unauthorized sales channels from the concert venue.
• By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees and undertakes not to possess any prohibited substances within the event venue.
• Attendees who leave the event venue after entering will be required to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
• Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
• The organizer reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings of attendees in promotional materials. By attending the concert, attendees consent to such use.
• Pets are not permitted inside the event venue.
