- VIP tickets only cover the main stage VIP area; a separate ticket is required for the Galaxy stage backstage.

- VIP tickets have an 18+ age restriction, online check-in will be required 30 days in advance, and an additional €25 will be charged on the event day.
- Hotel accommodations are for 2 persons and include VAT.

- Participants agree that photos and videos will be taken during the event.
- Professional recording equipment is not allowed without written permission.

- Gender balance, clothing, behavior, and demeanor are taken into consideration. Entry may be denied for such reasons, and the decision at the door is final.
- Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.
