* The event is open to attendees aged 18 and over. Attendees under the age of 18 may only enter the event venue when accompanied by their legal guardian.
* The organizer may request a valid ID, passport, or other official identification document at the entrance. All attendees are required to carry valid identification with them.
* A valid wristband must be worn to enter the festival area. Wristbands are personal and non-transferable. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. Attendees who leave the festival area must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
* Only prescription medication is permitted inside the event venue. Non-prescription medication will not be allowed. Medical staff and an ambulance will be available on-site throughout the event.
* Strobe and flashing lights, high sound levels, and laser effects used during the event may trigger epileptic seizures. Attendees with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions are advised to take the necessary precautions.
* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program and ticket prices.
* The validity and responsibility of tickets purchased through channels other than BUGECE and official sales points lie entirely with the attendee.
* The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone deemed unsuitable for the atmosphere or safety of the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
* Anyone who disturbs other attendees, engages in harassment or disruptive behavior, or poses a threat to event safety may be removed from the event venue without a ticket refund.
* By entering the event venue, attendees consent to appearing in professional photo and video recordings taken during the event and acknowledge that these materials may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes across public platforms.
* Outside food and beverages, glass or plastic bottles, cans, flammable, explosive or combustible materials, sharp and/or piercing objects, laser pointers, professional recording equipment, and all illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the event venue.
* By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to comply with all security procedures, including personal and bag searches conducted by the security team. Anyone who refuses to comply with security checks or regulations may be denied entry without a ticket refund.
