* MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest it deems unsuitable, even if they hold a valid pre-sale ticket.
* Wristbands issued at the entrance must be worn throughout the event. Lost, damaged, or removed wristbands will not be replaced. Guests with lost or damaged wristbands must purchase a new ticket to remain in the event area.
* Sharp objects, weapons, illegal substances, perfume, and outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the event venue. Bag checks may be conducted when deemed necessary for security reasons.
* Children may attend the event only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.
* Entrance to the concert area will begin at 8:00 PM, when the doors open.
* The concert ticket grants access only to the concert area. Beach access is not included.
* In line with the hotel's policies and for the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the event area.
* By attending the event, all participants acknowledge and accept that photography and video recording will take place throughout the event and that such content may be used by MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak for promotional and marketing purposes.
* MGallery The Bodrum Hotel Yalıkavak reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule due to force majeure or operational requirements.
* Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
