* Doors open at 17:00.
* Everyone entering the festival area is required to have a ticket, regardless of age.
* The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and over. Guests under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the event.
* Ticket holders without a valid ID, driver’s license, or passport will not be admitted to the event area.
* Bags and personal belongings will be subject to security checks upon entry to the festival area.
* Liquids, gels, perfumes, deodorants, vitamins, and similar items carried in bags will not be permitted inside the festival area.
* As food and beverages will be available for purchase within the festival area, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
* Professional audio and visual recording equipment (including video cameras and cameras) and selfie sticks are not permitted inside the festival area.
* Access to stages is subject to capacity limitations.
* Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases, pepper spray, and similar substances are strictly prohibited inside the festival area.
* Boxed or unsealed medication will not be permitted inside the festival area. Only prescription medication required during the festival may be left in safekeeping and used when necessary.
* Festival wristbands must be worn at all times. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances throughout the festival.
* A ticket, together with the wristband provided upon ticket validation, grants its holder access to the festival area during the hours determined by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist for any reason, will result in the loss of admission rights. Ticket sales channels and the Organizer are not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.
* Backpacks and large bags are not permitted inside the event venues. Cloakroom services are available for backpacks and large bags.
* Fog effects will frequently be used during the events.
* The festival will feature high sound levels. Earplugs will be available at the festival area for guests who are sensitive to loud sounds.
* The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and artist lineup. Changes to the artist lineup will not be considered a cancellation and will not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless such changes fundamentally alter the essential elements of the event.
* The event includes visual effects that may cause discomfort to individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.
* Guests are responsible for any belongings that are not left in the cloakroom.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the festival. Anyone who fails to comply with this rule may be removed from the festival area without warning and will not be entitled to a ticket refund.
* Participants are entitled to leave and re-enter the festival area once until 23:00. Guests who leave the festival area after 23:00 will not be permitted to re-enter on the same day.
* Tickets are non-refundable.
* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to discounted and promotional ticket purchases.
* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, program, and schedule.
* Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
* The festival will take place under all weather conditions.
* The Organizer reserves the right to use video footage of festival participants on online broadcasting platforms. By attending the event, participants consent to such use.
* The festival will take place in a standing format.
* During the festival, please keep your mobile phones away from show lights involving lasers and other intense lighting effects.
