-Bringing food, drinks, or any cutting, piercing, or flammable items into the event area is prohibited.
-Participants agree that photography and video recording will take place within the event area.
-Professional video recording equipment is not allowed without written permission.
-It is expected that participants will avoid using non-professional devices to disturb other guests or performers, or infringe on their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
The organizers and venue officials have the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem inappropriate for the event or backstage area.
-Special attention is given to maintaining a balance between male and female attendees, as well as appropriateness in demeanor, style, attire, and general suitability. Entry may be refused based on these and similar reasons, and the decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The door staff's decision is final and applies in all circumstances.
-Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
-The right to use photographs and video recordings of participants for promotional materials belongs to the organizer. By attending the event, participants agree to this use.
