-High sound levels at the venue may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
-Lighting effects used during the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.
-All attendees must keep their tickets with them throughout the event.
-Re-entry is not permitted. Attendees who leave the venue will be required to purchase a new ticket for re-entry.
-Tickets must only be purchased through official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to holders of tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.
-The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person deemed unsuitable, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
-Food and beverages from outside are not permitted inside the venue.
-Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified guide dogs.
-Medications are not permitted inside the venue.
-Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The venue and organizer accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
-It is strictly prohibited to bring firearms, flammable, explosive or combustible materials (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), sharp or piercing objects, items that may be used as weapons or for self-defense (such as helmets, camping chairs, selfie sticks, tripods, wallet chains, etc.), or laser pointers into the venue.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated smoking areas within Volkswagen Arena. Attendees who violate this rule will be removed from the venue without refund.
-Audio and video recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional audio/video recording equipment (including video cameras and professional cameras), selfie sticks, GoPro poles, and similar equipment are not allowed inside the venue.
-By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings taken during the event may be used by the venue and the organizer for promotional purposes.
-The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program and ticket prices.
