Festival Rules and Information:
VIP tickets are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over.
Participants must carry and present their ID upon request.
All attendees are subject to having a ticket. Attendees under 18 must enter the venue with a parent or guardian.
Festival tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be processed.
Participants who exit the festival area will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
Festival wristbands must not be removed during the event.
The organizer and venue officials reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable, with a refund of the ticket price. Refund notifications will be processed on the first business day after the festival.
The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
The festival will take place regardless of weather conditions. Attendees should be prepared for all types of weather. No ticket refunds will be issued.
Security personnel will conduct searches on everyone entering the festival area.
Open cigarette and tobacco packs will be collected at the festival entrance for security reasons.
Outside food and beverages will not be allowed into the festival area.
There will be no cloakroom services at the festival.
Large bags and backpacks are not permitted for security reasons.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, and date.
Festival tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer has the right to remove attendees with tickets not purchased from official sales points from the event area.
Recording is strictly prohibited during the festival. Professional recording devices will not be allowed. Selfie and GoPro sticks will not be permitted in the event area.
Bringing flammable, explosive (e.g., deodorant, spray, perfume), incendiary, sharp, or pointed objects, and laser pointers into the festival area is prohibited.
Participants consent to the recording of their image during general footage, recording, and live broadcasts at the festival and accept that the organizer has the right to use these recordings freely.
The sound systems at the festival may cause temporary hearing issues.
The lighting systems at the festival may cause temporary visual discomfort.
Please have your online ticket ready at the entrance and proceed to the appropriate ticket check point. It is advised to arrive early to avoid long lines.
By attending the festival, every individual acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the special rules outlined, and accepts the possibility of being removed from the festival area if they do not adhere to these rules.
