About

Seksendört is a Turkish pop rock band formed in 1999 in Ankara, consisting of Tuna Velibaşoğlu, Arif Erdem Ocak, İsmail Okan Özen, and Serter Karadeniz. In their first year, the band initially chose the name "Sex and Dirt" and intended to introduce it to the market, but later changed it to "Seksendört." The band consists of four members: Tuna Velibaşoğlu on guitar and vocals, İsmail Okan Özen on bass guitar, Erdem Ocak on guitar, and Serter Karadeniz on drums. Emerging from the rock scene in Ankara, Seksendört made a significant impact in the early 2000s with their song "Ölürüm Hasretinle." The band quickly gained a large fan base, with their songs being widely played on popular music channels of the time and receiving multiple awards.
