Processing of Personal Data

BUGECE Turizm ve Organizasyon A.Ş. (“BUGECE”) requests certain personal information from you (name, age, interests, email, etc.) in order to provide better service to its Members.

Personal data collected on BUGECE's servers are processed for the following purposes:

• Periodic campaign activities
• Designing special promotional activities for member profiles
• Member classification to prevent unwanted emails
• Service provision and ticket sales process management

Your personal data may be processed, in whole or in part, within BUGECE via automated or non-automated means, including obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, rearranging, and similar operations.

Transfer of Personal Data

BUGECE does not share personal data with third parties or sell it for commercial purposes, except in the following cases:

• Payment providers: Your payment information is transferred to Craftgate secure payment infrastructure for processing ticket purchases.
• Service providers: Data may be shared in limited scope with business partners providing necessary technical infrastructure and support services.
• Legal obligations: Disclosure may be made to official authorities when requested in accordance with proper procedures and mandatory legislative provisions.

Your Rights

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may exercise the following rights by sending an email to [email protected]:

• Learn whether your personal data has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing
• Know the third parties to whom data has been transferred
• Request correction, deletion, anonymization, or destruction of your data
• Request compensation if data has been processed in violation of the law

Data Security

BUGECE takes the necessary technical and administrative measures for the security of your personal data. In the event of any security breach, necessary notifications will be made to the relevant individuals and the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 12 of Law No. 6698.

Anonymous Data

Non-personal, anonymized statistical data (visit times, pages viewed, etc.) may be used for improving service quality and measuring site performance, and may be shared with service providers for these purposes.

Payment Security

Payment transactions are processed through Craftgate secure payment infrastructure. Your card information is transmitted directly to the payment provider and is not stored by BUGECE. All payment transactions are protected with 3D Secure verification.
