Participants under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend.

Bringing food, beverages, sharp, piercing, or flammable items into the event area is strictly prohibited.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

All participants are required to keep their tickets with them throughout the event.

Effekt reserves the right to refuse entry to groups without gender balance or to individuals deemed disruptive or inappropriate, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.

All attendees are deemed to have accepted all security measures determined by the security team, including body and bag searches. Those who refuse to comply with these measures will be denied entry, and no ticket refunds will be issued. All participants must carry valid identification.

Sound systems within the event area may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

Lighting systems within the event area may cause temporary visual discomfort.

If participants exit the event area, re-entry will require the purchase of a new ticket.

Unless written permission is granted, bringing professional recording equipment and making recordings is prohibited.

Effekt may conduct general video recordings and live broadcasts within the venue for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. By attending the event, participants acknowledge that general recordings are being made and that their image may be captured, whether individually or as part of the audience. In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, participants consent to the recording of their images and accept that the organizer may freely use such recordings without requiring additional permission.

Flash photography is prohibited during the event.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
