* Be mindful of your surroundings; please avoid disturbing others while enjoying the event.
* The organizers and venue staff reserve the right to deny access to the event and backstage areas to individuals they deem inappropriate.
* Purchased tickets may not be used for advertising, contests, sweepstakes, or promotions—whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes—without written permission. Tickets used in such ways will be canceled, and legal action will be taken.
Ticket Refund Policy
* Ticket refunds are only possible if venue staff deem a guest unfit for entry or in the case of health-related reasons (e.g., with an official medical report or test result).
* No refunds will be issued under any other circumstances.
* The ticketing platform is solely a digital intermediary for ticket sales; all event rules and entry conditions are determined by the organizer and/or venue.
* All rules and conditions regarding ticket refunds are included in the agreement approved at the time of purchase. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all refund terms.
* Refunds can only be processed by venue staff on the day of the event.
