Yacht Party Rules & Regulations
1. Entry Requirements:
• All attendees must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID is required.
• Tickets must be purchased in advance and presented for scanning upon entry.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Boarding & Departure:
• Boarding begins at 17:30. Please arrive on time; the yacht will depart promptly at 18:30.
• Late arrivals will not be allowed to board, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Conduct:
• Respectful behavior toward other guests and staff is mandatory. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
• Drugs, weapons, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Use or possession of illegal substances will lead to immediate removal from the event.
4. Alcohol & Smoking:
• A variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on board.
• Only drinks purchased on the yacht may be consumed; outside beverages are not allowed.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
5. Safety:
• Please follow all instructions from boat crew and event staff for your safety.
• Life vests and emergency equipment are available and easily accessible.
• Leaning on railings or engaging in dangerous behavior is prohibited.
6. Personal Belongings:
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Traveling light and avoiding valuable items is recommended.
7. Music & Entertainment:
• Live music and DJ performances will be featured throughout the event.
• Guests are encouraged to enjoy the entertainment but should not interfere with performers or equipment.
8. Dress Code:
• Casual and comfortable attire is recommended. Footwear is required.
9. End of Event:
• The yacht will return to the dock at 00:00. Please make sure to take all personal belongings with you when disembarking.
10. Liability Disclaimer:
• By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge and accept that event organizers, yacht staff, and all associated parties are not liable for any incidents that may occur during the event.
