- The event gate opens at 18:00.
- Everyone entering the festival area, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket.
- Participants under 18 years of age can only attend the festival accompanied by their parents (mother and/or father). Children under 14 years old will not be allowed entry.
- Ticket holders without ID/Driver's License/Passport will not be admitted to the event area.
- Bag and body checks will be conducted at the entrance to the festival area.
- Suitcases and large backpacks are not allowed into the festival area.
- Liquid, gel, perfume, deodorant, and vitamin substances carried in bags will not be allowed into the event area.
- As food and drink sales will be available at the festival, no outside food or beverages are allowed.
- The use of professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and cameras) and selfie sticks is prohibited.
- Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases, pepper spray, and the like are strictly prohibited in the festival area.
- No medications, whether boxed or open, are allowed into the festival area. Only prescription medications needed for use during the festival will be accepted in a designated area and allowed for use when necessary.
- Festival wristbands must always be worn. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the festival. Daily ticket checks will be conducted. Do not lose your ticket.
- A ticket, together with the wristband provided, grants the holder entry to the festival area during designated hours. Losing the ticket and/or wristband, or removing the wristband from the wrist, results in loss of entry rights. Bugece and the Organizer are not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.
- Backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the event venues. Cloakroom service is available for such items.
- Fog effects will be used frequently during the events.
- The festival features high sound levels. Earplugs will be available at the festival area for guests with sensitivities.
- The event includes visual effects that may disturb individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.
- Responsibility for items not left in the cloakroom belongs to their owners.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas of the festival. Those who fail to comply will be removed from the festival area without warning, and their tickets will not be refunded.
- Participants have the right to leave the festival area once before 23:00. Guests leaving the festival area after 23:00 will not be readmitted on the same day.
- No refunds will be issued for tickets.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and schedule.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
- The festival will take place under all weather conditions.
- By attending the event, participants consent to the use of video recordings of the event, which may include them as audience members, on online broadcast platforms. The organizer holds the rights to use these recordings.
- The festival will be held as a standing event.
