• Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
• The organizer and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to the venue and backstage areas to anyone they deem unsuitable, with a refund of the ticket price. Admission may be subject to gender balance, attire, and suitability. Entry may be denied at the door for any of these reasons. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the next business day.

• By attending, each individual acknowledges having read and understood all rules and regulations, agrees to comply with all organizational policies, and accepts removal from the venue in case of non-compliance.
