Xuma Village reserves the right not to allow ticket owners enter the venue if they don’t fit the venue / event standarts.

Wristbands should not be removed until the end of the event. Removed or thorn wristbands will not be replaced with the new ones. Lost or thorn wristband owners should buy a new ticket.

Sharp objects, weapons, illegal substances, drugs, perfumes and food & beverages will not be allowed in the event area.

Children under the age of 6 can not participate in the event. Every participant over the age of 6 is subject to buy a ticket. Participants under the age of 18 can only attend the event accompanied by their parents.

For BEACH + EVENT TICKET holders Xuma Village check-in time is 10am. For EVENT TICKET holders check-in time is 5pm.

-The capacity of sunbeds is limited. Only participants with a 'beach + event' ticket have the opportunity to use 1 sunbed.

We do care for your animals, so we kindly ask you not to bring any animals / pets to the event.

All participants are deemed to have accepted the video and photo shoots in the venue during the event and these recordings will be used in the event promotions of Xuma Village.

Xuma Village reserves the right to make any changes in the event schedule.
