For Ticket Holders with Accommodation
Yunak Evleri Hotel is fully booked.
Additional accommodation will be provided at Exedre Hotel Cappadocia.
1-night stays: Check-in on Saturday, April 26th – Check-out on Sunday, April 27th.
2-night stays: Check-in on Saturday, April 26th – Check-out on Monday, April 28th.
These arrangements have been made accordingly.
Participants will be able to enjoy the event based on their preferred accommodation duration.
* Ticket holders with accommodation are required to make room reservations via WhatsApp at the phone number 0545 823 01 97.
* There is an age limit of 18.
**Backstage VIP**
* Covers the area located behind the stage.
* The table is not included in the price.
* There is an age limit of 18.
**General Entry**
* The Bistro general entry category covers the area that starts from the front of the stage and offers bistro services at the most suitable location with a view of the stage.
**Event Rules**
* There is an age limit of 18.
• Rooms sold with accommodation are non-refundable.
• Event tickets must only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the event organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse entry to anyone holding tickets purchased from unofficial points.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual they deem unsuitable, with a refund of the ticket price.
• Special attention is given to the balance of men and women, behavior, attire, and general suitability, and entry may be denied for reasons related to these matters. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The decision made by the door is final and binding under all circumstances.
• Food and drinks will not be allowed into the event area.
• Pets are not allowed into the event area.
• You are required to keep your personal belongings with you at all times. The participant is responsible for all personal belongings.
• It is forbidden to bring any flammable, explosive (e.g., deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), ignitable, sharp, and piercing objects or laser pointers into the event area.
• Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional sound and video equipment (e.g., video cameras, cameras, selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, etc.) will not be allowed into the event area.
• Participants' photos and videos taken during the event may be used in promotional materials by the organizer. By attending the event, the participant agrees to this usage.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
• The sound system in the event area may cause temporary hearing issues.
• The lighting system in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
• All participants are required to keep their tickets with them throughout the event. If a participant leaves the event area, they will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
