Rules
- Doors will be open at 08.30pm, show will be starting at 09.00pm.- There is an age limit of 18 in the event.
- The general sale will close on February 17 at 20.00. If the tickets of the event are not
sold out, the sale will continue at the door.
- It is necessary to be ready at the door with the event ticket at least 1 hour before the
start of the event.
- There is no seating arrangement at the event.
- The age groups of the events vary, please check the event pages.
- Smoking is prohibited in Frankhan indoor areas. Those who do not comply with this
rule will be removed from the field without refunding their tickets.
- Venue rules may vary according to the regulations and official warnings of the
Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
- Frankhan can make changes to the event hours.
- Frankhan may make changes to the discount ticket rules.
- Frankhan can take photos and take video recordings during the event.
- Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in case of cancellation
of the concert or change of date. The refund and replacement transactions to be
made as a result of cancellation or date change must be carried out by the date
specified in the change announcement.
- Frankhan will not take a camera, a camera and any audio and/or video recording
device into the field.
- Frankhan does not accept food and drinks from outside.
- Lighting effects and visuals that may not be suitable for epilepsy patients are used in
the activities at Frankhan.
- Frankhan has the right not to accept people who he deems unsuitable for the event
to the event venue by refunding the ticket fee.
