Artist Biographies
Stimming
Based in Hamburg, Stimming is known for bringing a uniquely emotional and organic approach to house music. Over the past 15 years, his meticulous productions—built on handmade textures, field recordings, and cutting-edge gear—have garnered global acclaim. From early releases on Diynamic and his breakthrough track “Una Pena,” to albums like Reflections, Liquorice, and Ludwig, he has evolved from a dancefloor veteran into a sound explorer. His collaborations include co-developing the widely praised DOCtron IMC hardware and his 2023 album Elderberry on Carl Cox’s Awesome Soundwaves, featuring a groundbreaking fusion with the NDR Vocal Ensemble.
Hainbach
Berlin-based electroacoustic composer Hainbach creates experimental music with a touching yet playful spirit. Using obscure synthesizers, test equipment, and magnetic tapes, he crafts deeply immersive live performances. Through his popular YouTube channel—boasting over 200,000 subscribers and 20 million views—he shares experimental techniques with a global audience. His work spans film scores, pop productions, chamber music, theater compositions, sound installations, and music software. Widely praised by Pitchfork, The Wire, Bandcamp Daily, Bleep, and Boomkat, Hainbach masterfully blends tape loops and vintage gear into his experimental sound palette.
Pleizel
Captivating audiences with every moment on stage, Pleizel breathes fresh life into electronic music with his narrative-driven performances and original productions. His fluid sound bridges IDM, ambient, cinematic layers, techno, and trance. In 2024, his debut EP Primal Touch released via Max Cooper’s label MESH earned him international recognition. Having played at leading venues like Paradiso Amsterdam and KOKO London, Pleizel fuses cinematic storytelling with immersive dance energy.
Kollektiv Turmstrasse
One of Germany’s most acclaimed live acts in electronic music, Kollektiv Turmstrasse continues to evolve their sound across styles—breakbeat, energetic house, and dancefloor anthems. Known for their emotional resonance and genre fluidity, they also lead the community-focused and inclusive event series YAP (You Are Perfect), standing out as one of the scene’s most progressive and captivating artists.
Mouse on Mars
Jan St. Werner and Andi Toma form the Berlin-based duo Mouse on Mars, whose boundless curiosity and inventive spirit have shaped the landscape of experimental electronic music. Moving in their own orbit within the dance music ecosystem, their intricate productions are genre-defying, technologically bold, and consistently joyful. Their ability to remain strikingly modern across a 25-year career is a testament to their enduring creative vision.
Mondual
Formed by Sair Sinan Kestelli and Tuğrul V. Soylu, Mondual has performed across numerous venues and festivals both in Turkey and abroad. Their debut album dubio (2014) and live performance recording Globera (live) (2021) showcased their fearless blend of noise, breakbeat, bass, and IDM. As they prepare to release their upcoming album, Mondual continues to carve a distinctive place in the electronic scene with their bold sonic identity.
Uzak & Arian
This artist duo develops generative, AI-driven visual systems using analog interfaces and real-time algorithms. They design immersive environments that interact with the venue itself, combining elements such as noise, system dynamics, digital glitches, physical prototyping, and light design to create multi-layered experiences. Their visual compositions extend beyond the screen, transforming the space into a temporally shifting virtual realm.
griang
Born in 1998 and based in Istanbul, griang is a visual designer and new media artist. Drawing inspiration from the Old Irish word for “sunlight,” griang describes their creative process as a doorway from mind to reality. In their digital world—where space, light, sound, and motion converge—they explore the edges of generative art using techniques like photogrammetry and point cloud data. A graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University’s Visual Communication Design program, griang has worked on live visuals for Magic Break 2023 and Mert Demir’s major concerts at Zorlu PSM and KüçükÇiftlik Park.
