All participants are required to carry their identification and present it upon request.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
The organizers and venue officials reserve the right to deny entry to the event or backstage areas to individuals they deem inappropriate, with a refund of the ticket price. Attention is given to the balance of male and female attendees, as well as attire and suitability. Entry to the venue may be denied for any of these reasons. Refund notifications will be processed on the next business day.
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the event area.
Bringing professional recording devices into the venue and making recordings without written permission is prohibited.
By attending the event, the participant consents to their image being recorded as part of the general visual, recording, and live broadcast activities and acknowledges that the relevant organizer has the right to use these recordings freely.
The sound systems at the event may cause temporary hearing problems.
The lighting systems at the event may cause temporary eye discomfort.
Every individual attending the event is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the rules set by the organization, and accepts that they may be removed from the venue if they do not comply.
