- Event participants acknowledge that photography & video recording will take place within the event area.
- Professional recording devices are prohibited unless written permission is granted.
- Participants are expected to refrain from taking photos or videos that disturb other guests or the performing artists and violate their privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- The organizers and venue officials reserve the right to deny access to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event or backstage area.
- Special attention is given to the appropriateness of behavior, attitude, dress code, and general conduct. Access may be denied for reasons related to these matters. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff. The decision of the door staff is final and applicable under all circumstances.
- Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or exchanged.
- By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their photos and videos in promotional materials by the organizer.
- Please note that you are responsible for your personal belongings while inside the event area.
- The sound system in the event area may cause temporary hearing issues.
- The lighting system in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the Event team.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, line-up, and ticket prices.
- Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are not allowed in the event area.
