Flowcore Collective opens the new season with an event that will make a difference again. ABEM(FR) and Gehlektek(AT), two of the leading names of their genres, will perform live on this night where different music genres will be blended with Flowcore interpretation. The event, which started early in the day with the contemporary art gallery created in collaboration with VOVZ, will continue at an accelerated pace throughout the night.
ABEM
A rising star of the French underground scene, ABEM is now a staple of the new international fast and hybrid dance music. UTM resident and outstanding producer, this genius continues to release on the most advanced labels in the field. Master of the hybrid, ABEM deploys his universe with crazy energy, exploring with disconcerting ease the sounds of trance and all its colors, from psytrance to solar emo through tek, tribe, and fast-techno.
ALL I CAN
Flowcore Resident Alican's journey into music began at an early age, as he explored various instruments like guitar, piano, and percussion. This passion led him to music production in 2019, where he started experimenting with genres such as Afro House and Melodic Techno. The pandemic provided him the opportunity to delve deeper into his music, ultimately discovering psytrance. This genre captivated him with its deep rhythms and expressive melodies, paving the way for his evolution as a DJ in Istanbul. Performing under the name ALL I CAN, Alican has found his comfort on stage, creating memorable experiences for his audience through his psytrance sets. Afro House and psytrance remain pivotal in his musical journey, allowing him to express himself fully. He continues to nurture his creativity and explore new dimensions in music, staying committed to his passion.
GEHLEKTEK
Gehlektek has emerged in a relatively short time as a key player in the domestic, but also in the international underground tek & acid genre. His own productions are playful-dance trips, head trips into the incomprehensible, and unmistakably enriched with industrial patterns. The almost machine-like and genre-crossing feel for novel and driving soundscapes goes far beyond conventional scene-potpourris. The final reception of his nimble productions reveals parallels to archetypal dream sequences.
FORMAL
Flowcore’s resident Formal has been a lifelong music enthusiast and a hardcore electronic music fan since 2010. He dedicated his life to creating an immense archive to express the vibe he wanted. Started DJ’ing in 2019, the music he plays ranges from freaky alternative dance music to hard stuff that shakes the sky and the earth.
OGIMARU
One of the Flowcore residents, Ogimaru is a DJ/Producer from Istanbul, Turkey, celebrated for his high-energy and experimental psychedelic sounds that seamlessly blend hard-hitting beats with melodic, uplifting vibes with some dark twists. Specializing in niche genres like psytrance, hitech, psycore, freetekno and many more, Ogimaru's sets are a dynamic fusion of powerful rhythms and creative samples, designed to make people let loose and jump around. In the studio, he channels his creativity into producing tracks that are a sweet blend of familiar and experimental. Starting his music journey back in 2016, Ogimaru has been a unique figure in the underground scene, drawing inspiration from the edges of the global scene and contributing to Turkey's vibrant music community.
SARPT.
Flowcore resident Sarpt is a producer and DJ who never fails to sway his audience with banger cross-cutting sounds from different genres. As an architect of mental structures- he is dynamic, diverse, and adaptive to his audiences. On one hand, his productions and club mixes entertain a taste of urban sounds fused with groovy rhythms and broken beats that leave listeners in a hypnotic state. On the other hand, his psychedelic festival appearances demonstrate ground-beating kicks ameliorated with tribal, epic, and instrumental touches all over.
