• Online tickets can not be returned or transferred.
• Backstage tickets have privileges such as priority in entrance, access to private backstage and rest areas behind the DJ booth and private toilets, and special waiter service without entering the bar queue.
• Suma Han reserves the right to refuse the entrance of people who are agreed to be unfit by the staff.
• The event is for participants aged 18 and over.
• No refunds, cancellations or exchanges can be made on purchased tickets.
